Group: Cooperation, Specialization, Help

Faced with these questions, we discovered that what would bring us out of the caves was the group cooperation: no meaningful progress is possible where anyone is busy reinventing the wheel on his own while fighting others.

Effectiveness: the same individuals exert a greater force when cooperating as a group.

Efficiency: the same individuals produce a greater quantity and quality with less strain with division of labour, specialization and coordination.

Sustainability: the same individuals thanks to specialization acquire a deeper knowledge and understanding and thus can use resources in a more safeguarding way, too.

Should we sum up what individuals are doing at this point, a word comes to mind, and that word is: help. They are helping each other.
